Experience is amazing at hotel Edmonton, front desk Anna is really experienced in customer services. Hotel needs to provide at least two bottles of water in each room, the only missing thing that I found.

Before COVID 19 we were cleaning our rooms everyday. But now we clean rooms after 2 days of guest c/o. We are not providing any room cleaning services to the guests who are staying more than 1 day. We definitely replenish amenities that they need while their stay. We clean our lobby every 2,3 hrs. We have sanitizer available in the public area. Also, we are cleaning high touch surfaces like elevator button, door handles every hour.
