Lorna is amazing, she called me by name and said hello every time we came through the lobby! She deserves a bonus! Brian at breakfast was also wonderful, helpful and accommodating. After the second day he remembered how we took our coffee. Everyone else was pleasant and a credit to your facility but those two were exceptional.
