My daughter goes to OSU and I wouldn't stay at any other hotel except this one, it's the best! Staff is super nice and hotel always clean and beautiful!

Friendly personnel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bartender was friendly and had good service there. I loved the touch of delivering an apple and buckeye to the room in the evening. Valet parking service was not so great. Valet didn't offer to unload our bags we did it ourselves. When we were leaving, they gave us our fob(at our request) so we could grab our vehicle later that day. When we went to garage, we couldn't get out because the gate was down and required scanning the valet service should have known this. Biggest downfall we weren't able to watch the OSU game as hotel doesn't stream TV :(.

You never have to wait for anything at the Blackwell. Front desk quick to get me checked in. One server working the lounge. He was efficient and covered all the tables with ease and humor. When he brought me my vodka/tonic it had three limes and that literally made my night! Loved the options at the gift shop also. Got an OSU tie for Father’s Day And a pennant for my freshman son. I appreciated the two bottles of water I found in the fridge. Also, my bags were held for day two freshman orientation. I came back later in the day and the front desk staff was quick to retrieve them. Only complaint was no cream offered with the in room, coffee maker. I will be back at the Blackwell soon!

Just the best staff around. Friendly valet, wonderful desk people, fun bartender. Rooms were clean and roomy with good water pressure in the bathroom. Great place to stay.
