"Smokeless Room"

I requested a smokeless room and the attendant told me that the whole floor was smokeless. Walked out the next morning into a cloud of smoke. When making the reservation I asked for no smoking, no pets location/room. Once settled in the room notice that the floors were very sticky.

"This hotel is beyond Horrible."

For starters the lobby bathroom smelled like urine that’s been sitting for years! The hotel room bathroom had black mold all around the tub. There was water damage on the walls. The room smelled terrible, like old smoke or burnt food. This hotel should be shut down! It’s not safe for anyone held to stay at this hotel.
