From the start the service was poor. We arrived at check in time and was told our room would not be ready for at least an hour. The room had a musty foul oder. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. A muffin and a yogurt was all that was offered. We were charge for insurance we did not want and did not receive a refund for a deposit even though we left the room orderly. Main Stay should be called DO NOT STAY.
