We’ve stayed here several times and each time has been very good. This time we were booked for four nights. The room we originally had was one with a totally different bathroom configuration that didn’t suit us well at all. After the first night we asked to switch to a different room and Allen was able to get us the room right across the hall, which made the move very easy. And he did this in a very polite and cheerful manner. The rest of the stay was excellent. Thank you!

Just after the polar vortex on 2/8/2026, I was able to regroup and enjoy warm hotel room as a respite from a condo with frozen plumbing. I also prepped for a Dr. appointment for Mon., 2/9.
