What is the Green Team?The GREEN TEAM is an interactive and educational group comprised of representatives from all departments, aimed at empowering team members to help our resort environment and local community through waste reduction, recycling, composting, energy conservation and pollution prevention. We are committed exploring opportunities to enhance our resort green initiatives/stewardship in a respectful, supportive and natural environment. Local Shuttle Info: We have a partnership with Nanaimo Airporter. They can shuttle from the surrounding area and costs vary.
Breakfast Information
Breakfast is available for purchase daily between 7:30AM - 11:00AM daily in cedars restaurant and lounge. Menu prices vary from $9.50 - $17.00 per meal.
Pet Friendly?
Yes! Pets are allowed.
Pets are permitted to stay in the one and two bedroom Log Cottages and are welcome to enjoy the outside property while on a leash. Certified service animals are permitted access throughout the property.
Parking Info
Parking near each accommodation unit is provided free of charge. Complimentary parking for over-sized vehicles is also available in the main lot.
Internet / WiFI
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in all guestrooms as well as throughout the restaurant and conference centre. Ethernet cables are also available (free of charge) should guests want to physically connect to the individual router in their unit.
Cleaning Policies
Additional precautions and protocols have been implemented to ensure all staff and guests remain safe. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available for use throughout the main buildings on the property. Guest rooms are left unoccupied for an extended period as an extra precaution following guest stays, those rooms are then thoroughly deep-cleaned (steam cleaning carpets, full disinfection of all surfaces, dishes, flatware and the like) prior to being put back into inventory for resale.
