As soon as I started to check in with the attendants at the front desk I was met with a bit of hostility regarding whether I would be staying in a “smoking” or “non smoking” room. The lady standing next to the attendant helping me started to argue with me stating that I booked a “smoking” room which I did not. I explained that there isn’t even a choice on the website to which I received a scoff and general unprofessionalism from the attendant. After getting everything situated there I went up to my room and while checking the room out noticed that the whole floor in the bathroom was wet. I don’t mean just cleaned wet but literal puddles of water on the floor one could easily have slipped and fell because of. Overall it was a horrible stay. I slept horribly and most likely will not use this hotel again.

We arrived to find the toilet already clogged, two of the lamps broken, the mini fridge was broken and the TV wouldn’t work either. Then the bed collapsed during the night because they have two twin mattresses on a board that fell through. It was also dirty.
