In spite of the fact that I entered the office using a walker, the person who checked me in never mentioned the long walk from the parked car to the room or the incline involved and, most importantly, the number of stairs involved. This includes the fact that it was living/kitchen on the first floor and both bedrooms upstairs. It was also carpeted and the toilet in the hall bathroom didn't stop running until it was "giggled" after each flush. I was very disappointed and for over $300 for one night, it did not live up to expectations for that price range.
