Situated on 26 acres along the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine Estero Bay, the luxurious Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa is surrounded by lavish gardens, an 18-hole championship golf course, elegant water features and the relaxing Stillwater Spa.The following are just a few highlights of what this incredible resort property has to offer:454 guestrooms and suites-all rooms include balconies, tray ceilings, ceiling fans, safes, DVD players, coffee makers, mini refrigerators, bathrobes, and SONY PlayStations; over 73,000 sq ft of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting space with a beautiful upscale décor; 19,000 sq ft Stillwater Spa with 18 treatment rooms, Watsu® treatment pool, and 24 hour fitness center; eight pools including a Waterfall pool, lap pool, 5,000 sq ft lagoon pool with a 140-ft corkscrew waterslide and Alligator Alley…a 1,000 ft. lazy river;secluded island directly on the Gulf of Mexico with white sand beaches; guests are escorted to the island on a 40-foot pontoon boat;Raptor Bay, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Raymond Floyd and 2 hydro-grid tennis courts; six different dining options on property;fly Fishing, boat rentals and eco tours.

?Fees: A one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 + $50 per night?All pet rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel?We require the dog’s current shot records faxed to us prior to arrival. ?Pet rooms should be booked 14 days in advance due to the limited number of pet rooms and always should be booked through in-house reservations?Doggie Menu is available through room service.?All dogs must remain on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the restaurants, pool decks, golf course, etc.?Cleaning up after the pet as well as any damages in the room are the responsibility of the owner.?Guests should have a “Doggie on Vacation” sign on their doorknob.
