My first room had ants, some fleas and dirty floors, which I didn't see until I had unpacked, fed the dog and went out to walk. When I returned the bathroom was loaded with ants around the dog bowl and there were even a few on the bed. I told the desk agent and she gave me a key to a new room. The second room was claean and without insects. However, I was very tired after driving all day and having to be moved after I had unpacked my stuff, with my dog, was very difficult. I would hope to be compensated in some way because of this experience.
