Carpet was old and worn and not clean. TV didn't work, knobs on A/C control were broken so you couldn't adjust. Hot in day and cold at night. No working elevater even though our room was on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend and I will not stay there again.

My wife is disabled and when I booked with your agent on the phone we were suppose to have a king bed first floor, disabled room and bathroom. We arrived it was booked for a queen bed, 2nd floor (No elevator) and not a disabled room. My wife is in a wheel chair and cannot use steps. Had to cancel booking because she could not get up the stairs. Waiting for my refund. When I called your agent was rude and yelled at me for asking questions and clarification on my refund and your process.
