The Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is top notch in every way possible. The building itself is immaculately clean, with an expansive lobby with a massive window showcasing gorgeous landscaping. The staff is as helpful and kind as can be. The location is stellar, just a few minutes walk from plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as train stations galore. The executive room we booked was sold out so they upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was incredibly well appointed. The bed, as well as all the furnishings, was very comfortable and our room was as quiet as any I've experienced. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the executive lounge cocktail hour, where the attentive staff served a delicious Sakura Cocktail (gin) as well as appetizers, Champagne and a stunning view. This, along with the breakfast and laundry vouchers were worth booking on the executive level. The bar on the 40th floor also had an incredible view of Shibuya at night, as well as a jazz pianist which was a wonderful accompaniment to the atmosphere. The fitness center had a good array of activities available and was clean and not too crowded. The restaurants we tried were both very good, with a wide variety of foods available at the breakfast buffet near the lobby. All in all, a solid stay at Cerulean Tower Hotel and my wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
