Complimentary incoming fax; Copy service and outgoing fax services are available for a small fee; Mail, faxes and packages delivered to guest rooms at the end of each business day.
Housekeeping Service
One Full Housekeeping Service is provided for guests staying seven or more nights. Full Service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed and is performed once every seven days. Additional Full Service cleanings can be purchased at $10.00 per service. Towel exchange is available at the Front Desk for guests staying one to six nights. All guests can also purchase a Refresh Service at $5.00 per service. The Refresh Service includes replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed, and making bed with existing linens. Dishes are not washed during either service.
Check In / Check Out
Check-in time for arriving guests will be 3:00 p.m. Guests arriving earlier may be asked to store their bags and wait until a room becomes available. Check-out time for departing guests will be 11:00 a.m. Property management may agree to extend the standard check-out hour based on property availability and demand.
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel reservation at least 48 hrs. prior to the date of arrival or the 1st night's stay, at the quoted rate plus tax, will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.
Pet Policy
One pet is allowed in each guest room. A $25 per day non-refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed $150) will be charged the first night of your stay. Weight, size and breed restrictions may apply. Please Note: "Signature" rooms do not currently accommodate pets, with the exception of handicap accessible rooms.
Advanced Payment Policy
It is Extended Stay Deluxe's policy and practice to require payment in advance for guest rooms. At check-in, our guest must pay for the entire stay if the length of the stay is less than seven days; or for one week at a time if the stay is seven days or longer. For stays of longer than seven days, the guest will be required to pay for each week in advance.
