We arrived to the hotel at around 8am after a red eye, expecting to simply drop our bags off. But to our surprise, the staff had a room ready for us right away so we could refresh ourselves before heading out on the town! We were also able to do late checkout for our train the next day. It is worth mentioning that I am an IHG member and the early check in and late check out may be a benefit from that (sign up is free). The front desk staff was super kind and accommodating and the hotel is in a wonderful neighbourhood with lots of attractions around! Room service and the on site bar were both excellent. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
