My favourite place to stay in Victoria. So close to everything and the service and rooms and The Courtney room are all five stars. Been coming for a longtime now.

Absolutely first class wonderful front desk staff and room service. Incredible room and amenities. The Valet parking is efficient and top notch. Wonderful food in the restaurant and I absolutely loved the lobby so warm, friendly and inviting. Loved the coffee and tea service in the lobby. Outstanding hotel. It is now my favourite place to stay in Victoria.

The staff was amazing. We didn't like our fist room as it faced a wall and they were kind enough to quickly change to another room with windows and also supplied a delightful bottle of Fitzy! Delightful stay all round. Thank you!
