I booked the hotel through Priceline unknowingly. I even paid $21.00 for cancelation insurance. The trio was for gilfing. My friends wife broke her leg and we bith tried to cancel the reservation two days prior to arrival. Neither Priceline nor the hotel would cancel the reservation. Hotel fine. Customer services sucks.
