The food is great. The room was spotless. The staff was very helpful and kind. On our last day, we were all the way home when my sister found she had lost her wallet. I called the hotel and explained. They were kind enough to check our room. We drove back to the hotel to ease my sister's mind. They were kind and took our information so they could call if the wallet was found. When we got home,again, she found her wallet in her luggage. I called and reported the wallet was found. They were so nice about it and laughed with us. May not sound like much but it was, they understood her anxiety and treated her with respect.

The Westin Portland Harborview utilizes ECOLAB approved products that meet the criteria for claims against emerging viral pathogens and therefore can be used against 2019 Novel Coronavirus. These are used in accordance with the directions for use against the listed supporting virus on hard, non-porous surfaces. Public Area Cleanliness/Sanitization performed minimally 4 times per hour with posted standards. Sanitation Products are available for our guests and hand sanitizer stations are located throughout all Public Areas/Meeting Spaces. Contactless Check-In is in place with elements added to our front desk configuration that provide a physical barrier to keep a 6ft distance between our guests and associates. 5 Step Cleaning & Sanitizing Process is in all Food & Beverage Areas. Individualized Meal Delivery for All Banquet & Catering Functions. Before starting their shift, all associates have a temperature check and wash their hands and arms. They then disinfect their assigned areas and associated tools.
