I arrived at 230 am after a flight debacle. I had called to make a reservation knowing there’d be a flurry of new guests needing rooms. The woman at the desk recognized me from our call and welcomed me by name. Despite the hour, she was friendly and generous with her offers of help. Thank you! The service made a rough night much more pleasant!

"Great but one disappointment."

The hotel worked well with us as we were mislead completely by Expedia. The hot tub was down the entire three nights which was a bummer. We were told we would have two queens and a sleeper sofa by Expedia this was erroneous they didn’t. They also said there would be a free breakfast there wasn’t. Also since we didn’t know that were were charged $18 plus dollars a person not knowing that it wasn’t free until we asked after the fact.
