Upon check in I was told after calling radisson's number directly that I booked through a third party I booked a king suite and ended up with a double queen bed for more than triple the price I was very very disappointed.

Behind the bed was disgusting and the mattress cover was terribly old, the mattress itself was in terrible condition you had to literally sleep in a hole…I’ve stayed here many times in my life, it’s the worst condition I’ve ever seen it….

First I will say all staff was courteous and friendly. What happened was out of their control. Personally, once I was in my room I truly felt I could not come and go as I pleased. With only one working elevator and having to wait for a staff member to let you in your room, plus it was a very busy weekend here with the Reds game, the Marathon and visitors in general. I paid over $300. for one night and was very disappointed, a discounted price should be in consideration. Thank you, Susan Clements.

We are the only Riverfront property to offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the Cincinnati airport. The airport is approx. 12 miles.

Local Shuttle Info: Southbank Shuttle is available for 1.00 per person one way. It can be boarded within a 2 block walking distance. Shuttle pick-up runs every 15 minutes. Spring and Summer months (April - October) runs from Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 10p pm and Friday and Saturday 10:00 am - Midnight. Sunday, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. Winter (November - March) runs from Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
