It takes a full 30 minutes to retrieve my car. Not awful, but pretty inconvenient. Also, when I made my reservation, I thought I was talking to Hyatt directly. I learned later that I was not, it was one of those third party travel sites. I tried to avoid them, but they kept popping up. This was a problem because I needed this Hyatt's NM hospital connection to coordinate whether I needed another night's stay for my wife's surgery. I was told I could not extend because I hadn't booked with Hyatt. So it would be helpful to know how to use and coordinate the NM connections and how to talk to Hyatt directly. Nice hotel, though, my room was perfect and it is SO convenient to the hospital.

Food at Level two was fine, bur nothing special. Room temperature stayed comfortable all night Beds are too low if you have trouble standing. Make sure you specify roll in showerif you need one. There is no cash to be found in the building; so break your larger bills beforehand if you want tip money.
