The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a remodel. It is old and it shows its age in the flooring, carpet and bathrooms.

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn for the first time and had a great experience. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. All the employees we encountered were friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything.As someone who is disabled and uses a walker, I needed a shower seat—and shortly after requesting one, it was provided without hesitation. I truly appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness. Small accommodations like that can make a big physical difference for someone with a disability.After leaving, both my husband and I agreed it was one of the best beds we've ever slept in. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and didn’t bother my back at all.A special thank you to Chanti for her kindness and support—it meant so much. We will definitely stay at the same Residence Inn again when visiting family in the area
