Love the art deco decor; rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Orpheum. Another plus was the valet parking. We also dined in the hotel and had a wonderful meal both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel itself is beautiful and historic. It takes you back in time while offering modern amenities. A true gem in Omaha. The hotel staff was everything you would expect and then some. Very accommodating and helpful. Friendly and courteous. All around good people. My wife forgot her fan at home and the maintenance man was kind enough to give his fan up for the weekend. Now, that is service! The room was cozy. The bed was a tad firm for me, but my wife loved it. The shower and the coffee maker took a little getting used to but I eventually figured them out. Absolutely a fun and inviting place to stay. Will definitely return the next time I visit.

The Hotel Deco is Omaha’s newest hotel and the only luxury boutique Hotel in the greater metropolitan area. Opening on May 13 2011, the hotel has been designed to serve the most discriminating guests – providing elegant and exquisite accommodations and exceptional and personalized service. The Hotel, which was constructed in 1930 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is an exceptional example of the art deco architecture of the period; a design movement originated at the 1925 Paris Exposition International and reflected in a number of Omaha’s most prominent buildings. This ever modern style instills the guestrooms, Lobby and public areas, and restaurant with vibrancy and drama. The Hotel Deco is located in the heart of Downtown across the street from the Orpheum Theatre and within steps of the Old Market retail, dining, and entertainment district.
