The staff member (Kara) who checked us in upon arrival was great. Very good customer service with a smile. The room was nice. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Definitely a two star rating. The table was filthy when I arrived so I asked a maid that was passing by if she could clean it. She really didn’t want to clean it and implied that I had made the mess even though I was at the door with my luggage!

The hotel suits us fine being from the Big Island. I have stayed there for medical reasons as well as short trip to attend family functions. I am partially disabled and requested a shower. Our handicap room was roomy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
