The service was great from start to finish. Literally everyone was so kind, welcoming and accommodating. Big shout out to Rob, Alyssa, Sergio and the entire housekeeping staff for their outstanding service during my stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel just for them.

What a great spot next to best restaurant with a gourmet salmon dinner and other regular choices. Clean, comfortable; lucky to get one of last two rooms for the night. Nicely heated pool.

100% non-smoking hotel. Remodeled in 2013, our beds feature crisp linens, custom comforters and multi-weight pillows. An indoor heated pool and fitness center are all guest access.Free high-speed Internet access. Business center with wi-fi.Healthy breakfast buffet or items cooked to order in the Courtyard Bistro, which is also opened in the evening from 5 - 10 pm for food and cocktails. Two meeting rooms comfortable seating for up to 25 each. Cozy indoor fireplace when the weather is nippy; outdoor courtyard perfect to enjoy beautiful weather. Complimentary shuttle service to/from both Rockford VanGalder Transportation Centers (services both O''Hare and Midway) and within five mile radius.
