"Terrific staff, awkward bathroom."

This is an older property, quite well maintained. While the room was very large, the bathroom (shower and toilet part) were cramped: it was hard to close the door to use the toilet. The staff is absolutely first rate, kind and helpful. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

"Terrible"

Arrived and the pool was closed. Took the room anyway since it was a school night and I was with my children. Room smelled like smoke and we decided to leave. The girl at the desk refused to give a refund just because we had used the bathroom in the 10 minutes we were there. I called the manager the next day and they still refused a refund even though we did not stay there! Someone please contact me for a refund.
