Tub drain broken had water up to my ankles. Music in Bar was heard at front desk and when I went to desk to say trying to sleep I’m one floor down half way down the hall. The response was what do you want me to do about it? then I was asked if I wanted to change rooms I said no I’m paying to sleep here either go to the bar have them turn down the base she goes. I can go shut the door yeah I didn’t get a good night. sleep there and that was probably my seventh or eighth visit to that hotel trying to get dinner at the bar. I guess I was there at shift change. Somebody took my food order, but they never took my drink order and the new lady was coming on. She goes look he’ll get that. I just wanna Sprite. Customer is not number one there.
