"Nice hotel in downtown"

When you enter the hotel - you will be greeted by nice modern lobby adjacent to lounge/restaurant with fireplace and bar. The hotel has 240 rooms that offer rooms for families or long term stays as they offer suites with kitchen. Rooms are not as modern as the lobby but spacious, nice and clean and offer a nice view of the city. The downtown location is huge plus and the hotel is not as pricey as other downtown hotels. Besides meeting space - hotel offers an indoor pool and nice spa.

Have been staying off and on 10 years when visiting Vancouver. Ever time it improves. Good renovations, elevator is faster and upgraded. My last visit the kitchen was amazing. Food service wine was first class. Front desk like always helpful and friendly. Door person polite professional. Thank you for making my Vancouver visit memorable.

A spacious room with a wonderful 180 view from mountains to sea, a cool and quiet swimming pool, prompt and charming room service and the best Caesar salad I have ever had. I will definitely be back.

I liked being able to skip maid service but would suggest a kiosk to drop off garbage and recycling and to pick up the odd item like fresh towels, toilet paper etc. The laundry room was immaculate and it was a pleasure to use. The doormen and concierge were lovely. Every request I had was met with immediate attention. I will highly recommend the hotel to others.

Roomy, quiet hotel. Upgraded us to a premium bedroom suite with a balcony. They were very nice and we really appreciated their effort to make our stay more comfortable. Also appreciate their program of forgoing housekeeping services for a $10 voucher at the delicious little bistro in the lobby!
