"Good location but needs renovations."

The location was good, close to the airport. The check in service was helpful and friendly. When we arrived, the hotel was under renovations, although I didn't actually see any workers. The beds were comfortable, however, rooms were dated, dark (gloomy) and the carpet was very old and dirtly with a stale smell. Until the renovations are finished (especially new carpet throughout) the current cost is high. I suggest a lower nighly rate until the hotel is renovated and cleaner.

This convenient hotel offers free shuttle service to the theme parks and is within walking distance of to several local restaurants. The Orange County Convention Center is only three miles away. The hotel offers a delicious Free Bright Side BreakfastTM, sparkling outdoor swimming pool, and free high-speed Internet access in all rooms and the lobby. Each spacious room also features a coffee maker, hairdryer, iron w/ironing board. A meeting room and guest laundry facilities are also available.
