I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for families looking to save while visiting Disney. The location is perfect—just a 15 minute drive from the Disney parks, making it an excellent off property choice. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles, which added to the welcoming vibe. The free breakfast was a fantastic perk, with plenty of options to fuel the day. The secure gated parking provided added peace of mind. There is a resort fee, but it’s reasonably average compared to nearby resorts, making it a great value for the convenience and amenities. This hotel is great choice for affordability and family friendly.

We had an overnight stay and if we have opportunity again would stay here again. The room was very clean — tile floors. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in and were able to accommodate our request to check in a little earlier, which was a blessing for us.

It was a great experience aside from the couple of bugs we found in our bathroom. They provide wristbands so that they know who paid for breakfast. The pool area was never overcrowded. It was a great experience with great communication. The only thing that bothered me was the kids play area being right next to the water and the “danger alligators” sign. Other than that it was a very relaxing setting for adults to sit next to the water at sun set. Pretty view.

My husband and I vacationed for my birthday here. The staff was superb and most helpful. They were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the place smelled fresh. The lobby and decor was exquisite. I especially enjoyed the positive affirmations throughout the establishment. We plan to visit again in 6 months.
