This is the second time I've stayed at the Georgian Terrace, coming into town to attend the FOX Theater. I will continue to do so. The staff are always lovely and accommodating to me and my family. Jeremy at the front desk and Michael in the valet area were especially helpful during my recent stay.

"Great location and staff"

Stayed here do to its proximity to the Fox Theater as I was doing a show. Front fest staff very friendly and helpful in getting the accommodation I needed for my stay. Onsite parking although a bit pricey is def a big plus!

All guest rooms and suites have their own individual air conditioning units. Air is not circulated through a centralized system or with other guest rooms. In total we have 382 units in the building We use hypoallergenic filters that have a life span of 90 days and our filters are changed every 30 days. Rooms are disinfected with Protexus Electrostatic Sprayers after each guest departs. Housekeepers change and discard gloves after stripping beds from previous guests.
