The Chelsea is one of my favorite hotels despite having to go there by no choice of my own (conference). The new self check in has drastically decreased the amount of time wasted standing around. Room is always comfortable and clean. What else do you want in a hotel? Never used any of the facilities, but they seem lovely.

I had a really good stay at the Chelsea Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable — nothing fancy, but exactly what you'd want from a reliable mid range hotel. The best part was the location: it’s just a five minute walk to Sankofa Square (formerly Yonge Dundas Square), so it was perfect for getting around downtown. Overall, a solid, stress free stay for reasonable prices!
