In town with our grandson for a soccer tournament. Our extra room was dropped in the transmission through the soccer reservation system. We arrived late and the two gentleman working at the desk could not have been more pleasant and understanding, working together to add the extra room and even rearrange our initial reservation in order to have us close together. Not once did either of them act annoyed at all…remarkable service; even thanking us for “our patience”.
