The five star review is well worth it. From the time you get close to the entrance of the hotel, you are greeted by people who have smiles on their faces and are ready to assist you in any way they can. The check in process was simple; the rooms are delightful and the bathrooms are nicely furnished with upscale products. Room service can be done 24/7 without any problems. The beds are very comfortable, probably the best I had in the 17 days in Europe.
