"Airport Embassy Suites has a truly lovely environment "

This Embassy Suites is an excellent find by the airport. It has one of those now-rare hotel structures where the entire center of the hotel is open air, so that the front entrance of every room (as well as the glass elevators) can look down onto the very pretty courtyard below. This particular courtyard is complete with a giant koi pond (with a bridge over it), statue-fountains, palm trees and other foliage, and a really lovely pond-side seating area with a circular bar. Complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, as well as the a complimentary drink reception, is served each day in this pond-side area. The rooms are very spacious and Embassy Suites standardized, and each has a little balcony that you can stand on. This is of course a great hotel for families, as every room has a comfy pull-out queen sofa-bed in the living room, which can increase the bed count to 3 per suite (along with double beds). The entire hotel is old-fashioned in decor, but very well-kept. They have a several large and elegantly decorated meeting spaces that would be good host spots for a variety of events. In general, I would definitely recommend this hotel to groups. The only downside is that the area in which the hotel is located, by the airport, does not offer much in the immediate surroundings.

I have stayed at the hotel many times. I hadn’t been there in a couple years. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Vanessa is still pouring excellent drinks in the bar. We totally enjoyed the comfortable room.
