Located in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of options to walk the dogs. There is a sports complex right across the street that we went for morning and evening walks. Very little traffic. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed and spacious room with a lovely kitchen. Everything I needed!

As an elderly person, the flight of stairs to my room was very difficult to climb since there is no elevator. There is no grab bar for entering and exiting the shower unless you try to lean way over and grab the bar at the far side of the shower, which was impossible for me. The floor of the shower was very slippery and they provided a vey small mat to stand on which did not extend far enough for entering and exiting of the shower, which was dangerously slippery for seniors. The "sofa bed" was mainly coils sticking into your back with very little mattress. Sleeping was nearly impossible and very painful. We were visiting family in the area and so we borrowed a camp mattress to put on top of the sofa bed mattress to make it at least somewhat comfortable for sleeping. The manager/owner should be required to sleep on the sofa bed for an entire night to see how ridiculous the mattress is for guests. The breakfast was okay, however, one day we were given nice plates, one day we were given paper plates and one day we were given plastic plates. What's with that?.
