"Ideal Downtown Pasadena Property"

The Westin Pasadena is a beautiful hotel property located between Downtown Pasadena and Old Town Pasadena. It is an easy walking distance to local businesses, amazing eateries, spectacular shopping, abundant nightlife/entertainment options, art galleries, and other local attractions. It is a quick 10-minute walk to the Pasadena Convention Center, short cab ride to the Rose Bowl, short drive to the Huntington Library & the Norton Simon Museum. Let us not forget that it is a few blocks north of Colorado Blvd, the route of the World Famous New Year’s Day Rose Parade. The property is less than a mile from the closest metro station (Gold line) which takes you to Downtown LA/ Union Station (30 minutes/ fare $1.50). There is easy freeway access. There is a $9 self-parking with hotel validation and $14 valet with hotel validation. All the parking garages around the city, are owned by the city and leased to the local businesses and hotels. This property has undergone some major renovations in the past few years and has plans for more renovations in 2014, primarily of the meeting space. The hotel goes to great lengths to be discreet and never inconvenience its guests. The rooms are spacious, with “Heavenly” beds & baths, the standard Westin amenities (workstation, flat screen TV, coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, laptop safe, etc). Westins are known for their green friendly policies and efforts in the sleeping rooms, meeting space, and restaurants/catering by recycling, using renewable food sources, buying from local farms & vendors, etc.
