"House keeping lacking."

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The first two were great. This stay was not pleasurable. I miss the daily housekeeping. My stay was for 6 nights at close to $800. Our room was cleaned and replenished once. Then, only after requesting it. Also, I was told the room could be cleaned/ replenished every other day. That never happened. Had to keep getting towels, take out the trash, get cups for coffee, kleenex, etc. It seems you prices have not changed, but you service is drastically worse. I'm kind of sad about that due to the fact that the people are so nice. It's unfortunate, but I will be going to a hotel with daily service. I don't mind paying for a nice place to stay, but I cannot tolerate the lack of service and having to go ask for TP, cups, coffee and doing my own trash service. It gets old after coming back to the room from a long day. It's not worth the price.

On long term stays, we change linens every 3rd day (guest can request daily changes) in order to conserve water and chemicals. We have low water use toilets, showerheads, and faucets. We have on-demand hot water heaters that save on gas and water usage.
