"Not the best stay."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Our family of five usually love our trips out to stay at the Grand. We come out and meet our family that are local to you and we all stay at the resort. This time we had some issues. We paid for 6 chairs in the reserved area in the water park which cost us $300. When we were guided down to the seats the umbrellas only covered three of them. Staff said we could not move any umbrellas. So, we ended up all together on three chairs since it was 111’. That was a frustrating waste of money. Then there was a giant fight at the pool that brought everyone out of their rooms and scared my kids. Security took a long time to get there as well. Lastly, we got stuck in the elevator between floors for three four minutes. Not sure why, but I almost pushed the emergency button before it finally freed up. I wanted to come talk to the front desk on the way out to see if there was anything you could do for us, but my wife restrained me. Definitely not our favorite stay. Especially for the amount we spent on everything. We are loyal customers and usually we don’t even think about the money spent, but we were bummed this go around. I’m not usually one to leave a review either. Regards, ~Adam.
