Embassy Suites is a fantastic hotel. This is the second stay; first was in DC. Everyone is ready to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. When I had a booking problem, they were able to advise me how to correct it. I enjoyed my stay here and WILL Stay again.

"The reserved ADA room was not received."

Upon checking in the rolling shower for my wheel chair elderly mom was not available nor the two Queen beds. I was told it would be received the next day and it was not. I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa the entire time. The Hotel Manager was able to get me a shower chair and gave me points to accommodate but it was disappointing and I had an anxiety attack because I was very uncomfortable for me and my mom. I made the reservation months in advance. I was very disappointed and compensation should have given for the room. I am very disappointed and do not plan of returning to the hotel.
