Excellent Customer Service. In every department. We loved the hotel housekeeping Livida and Gloria. The front desk amazing customer care. We will definitely be back. "Handicap accessible Room not wheelchair friendly."

The door was too heavy. Sink and mirrors were much too high for a person in a wheelchair. Drain in the middle of the bathroom floor wreaked of sewer gases. But I did love that the handicap room was on a corner and blocked from the massive winds.
