The hotel was clean and felt fresh the moment I walked in, updated and welcoming. The front desk staff was wonderful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. A big plus was the free 24-hour airport shuttle, which was perfect for my red-eye flight. The room was spotless, and the carpet smelled newly shampooed. The modern, clean shower was a nice touch. I was also upgraded to a more comfortable king bed and appreciated the quieter, more efficient A/C unit. The bedding was crisp white, and the pillows were very comfy.

The help was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast options were amazing. Having an egg option made my week that much better. Thanks for a good stay.

"Traffic noise, refrigerator noise, low water pressure."

There is constant noise from traffic on Airport way, the shower had terrible water pressure and the refrigerator makes a loud noise every couple of hours when the compressor shuts off. Room was clean and the rest of the stay was good but difficult to get quality sleep.
