The staff is excellent, particularly Brianna and another young lady whose name I've forgotten: She is maybe in her 30's? (I'm not good at estimating age), has long dark hair which she wears pulled back from her face. Very attractive. She was on duty at the check in desk the morning of December 21st. These two young ladies were animated, interested, accommodating, kind and patient.

I just had my graduation so I wanted to just come back to my room and just rest me and my fiancé this my big day! Why does a big roach come climbing over the sheets. I had to go down stairs out my sleep 1:20 in the am to be relocated to have to kill another one and the room I was in way at the top 14 floor because they didn’t have anymore clean !wasn’t clean we had to kill one there and to top it we ask for a later checkout due to the inconvenience! The lady said 12:30 ! Why was we awaking at 9:30. Total stay not good didn’t get to rest so I paid to switch room all night.

Sadly the Doubletree is in need of major upgrades. My room showed its age. The sink was cracked, rug was old and the lighting was not adequate. Lastly, the shower water output was weak. Other than that, the hotel staff was SUPER NICE! And the location near the capital was awesome. Overall, one can look over the negatives because of the staff and location!
