In addition to the wonderful front office staff, the housekeeping staff took extra care the day of my surgery by providing clean sheets, extra pillows Also the valet staff was friendly and courteous the entire week of our stay. It felt like home away from home. We will be back in three months. Thank you Doubletree Greenway Plaza.

"Great place to stay near Lakewood Church!"

Just being in the room and here at the hotel was very relaxing. The food at the restaurant/bar and breakfast was excellent. It was really great that the shuttle was provided for us to explore the local area that they would drop us off and we could call and they would come and pick us up again. We stayed here because of the proximity to the Lakewood Church, we could walk there in just a few minutes and most of it was underground so when it rained, we didn’t get wet. Overall, excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I can’t think of anything that we needed that we couldn’t get. Great stay!

I was greeted at the front desk by a very pleasant manager. He checked me in quickly and was very helpful with parking. Once parked, I found out that my friend was several floors away, I asked if I could move closer and he was quick to check if the availability was there and it was. He actually was able to move me right next to my friend. Any time that we had a question, the were more than happy to help. Will definitely return.
