I'm here for an unfortunate reason with a sick family member. Asked for a late checkout, the staff went above and beyond! Everyone here is very kind. Clean rooms and phenomenal location.

We reserved a king room with a cup as high as possible. We received a King, but it did not have a tub. When we exchanged for a room with a tub, it only had two full beds. They advertised a restaurant on site, we found bar food and told that there were restaurants a short walking distance. The property was not even close to what we have experienced at the Hyatt Regency near O'Hare in Chicago.
