My wife and I had gotten a reservation due to possible power outages from winter storm. Hotel called me shortly after checkin time to see if we still needed a room. Since a power outage did not occur we didn't. The clerk said that they would take care of it and there would be no charge. Many thanks for that and I know where we stay in these situations from now on. Thanks again!!
