The Hilton is the largest hotel in San Francisco, and one of the largest hotels on the west coast. They have 3 towers, almost 2000 rooms, and 110000 sq. feet of meeting space. They definitely have the "giant monster hotel" feel, which some groups will love and some will dislike. Everything in the hotel is upscale and highly efficient, from their front desk operations to the layout of their rooms. This is a sharp, crisp hotel for business meetings, possessing every amenity a company could want (upscale, sequestered conference rooms, a fedex center and starbucks in the lobby, ect). They would also be a fine choice for weddings and social celebrations, although they lack the 'romance' and 'frivolity' of many other options in the city. They have a good, central location and a highly professional team. Their large reception room at the very top of the building has the most impressive views of the city I have seen to date (giant windows on all sides). This is a very solid choice for our groups.

I enjoyed my stay on April 11 13. The workers, from the front desk to housekeeping were professional, helpful and friendly. My bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was attentive to details by placing things where they were supposed to go, like the coffee machine, the bath towel I wanted to reuse and the ironing I board that I kept out. The hotel was clean and nice to look at. The conference rooms were easy to get to from my hotel room in Tower 3. I can say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have stayed in many hotels. I would recommend Hilton Union Square to my friends and family.

No free WiFi unless you sign up for membership, which didn't work, so I had no WiFi (Called the concierge multiple times, but didn't pick up) staff not so friendly old pillow covers with holes.
