The clerk was very nice and accommodating when we checked in The room was very clean. I did get a room that also accommodating my mobility issues as I'd requested when placing the reservation. The hotel itself was nice.

"Great customer service"

Rachel was AWESOME! Although she had four high schools checking in at the same time, she was able to handle all the check ins with patience and great customer service. She was very accommodating in helping me with some issues with my reservation. Every interaction with her was GREAT! She seemed to be running the hotel by herself. Rachel was very personable and helpful in every sense of the word. I hope when we come back next year Rachel is still there.
