The Pfister Hotel is gorgeous but the most important feature is the staff. Everyone was wonderful to me as I celebrated my 80th birthday alone. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The food in the Mason Street Grille was wonderful. It was a fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel.

This hotel has so much beauty in the architecture of it. Everywhere you look there’s another beautiful painting or artifact to see. The workers were all extremely polite and thankful for anything you asked of them. Brian was an exceptional bellhop who we enjoyed seeing daily. The wedding venue was outstanding and an overall great experience.

We were impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff that we dealt with. The hotel was very clean. We had breakfast at the café and the food was delicious. If we return to Milwaukee, I would definitely stay here again.
