We booked through Expedia which says check in time is at 2. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and asked if maybe we could check in an hour or so earlier due to an event we had to attend at 3. Both employees at the front desk were rude and difficult. They mentioned check in time is at three and they're having some issues with 3rd Party companies getting it wrong. They took no responsibility for this mix up and acted like it was our issue ? Ridiculous. After some back and forth they said we might be able to check in at 2pm but no promises. We returned at 1:45 and saw them routinely checking people in with zero push back or mention of the check in time being 3pm. The room was dirty with hair in the sink and showers plus a hairpin that did not belong to us on the carpet. The room was stuffy and warm with the A/C unit out of service. The mattress was very old, uneven, springy and uncomfortable. Would not stay again or recommend it to anyone.
